What You'll Do
As a Relationship Manager / Mortgage Broker, you'll:
* Manage and nurture relationships with a well-established client portfolio (no cold calling)
* Research, structure, and recommend lending solutions tailored to client goals
* Collaborate closely with our dedicated loan writing and admin team to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Liaise with lenders, solicitors, accountants, and real estate professionals
* Ensure compliance and operational excellence through our industry-leading CRM (Connective Nexus)
* Continuously develop your expertise through in-house and external training opportunities

What We're Looking For
* Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking & Finance (mandatory)
* Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker
* Strong analytical and customer service skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* A genuine team player with a positive attitude and sense of humour
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and loan application systems
* Commercial lending experience (bonus but not essential)
* Ability to pass police and credit checks
