Practice Manager | Bupa Malvern Medical Centre
Full‐time permanent position in our brand new, state‐of‐the‐art medical centre.
This role is pivotal in overseeing the efficient operation of the practice. You will manage the administrative, operational, financial, clinical quality, and safety aspects of the practice. The practice manager leads the delivery of a health service recognized for its exceptional customer experience, outstanding client outcomes, and highest level of clinical safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Available to work full-time, 38 hours per week onsite at our Malvern Medical Centre.
* Strong leadership skills and exposure to people management within the healthcare industry.
* Demonstrated commitment to, and practice of, a leadership‐driven culture and building collaborative working environments.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using healthcare management software and technology (Best Practice preferred).
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the practice's long‐term strategies and goals.
* Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
* Implement patient satisfaction initiatives and strategies to improve patient experience.
* Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff.
* Oversee day‐to‐day operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the Centre.
