**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to lead our commercial construction projects in Burnett Heads.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of labourers, plant operators, and contractors to deliver high-quality amenities on time and within budget.
This is a hands-on and dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Site planning and documentation
* Monitoring build progress and providing feedback reports
* Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with ITP
* Maintaining accurate site diaries and visual records
* Managing defects and holding trades accountable
* Building team capability and ensuring compliance
* Leading and engaging the team to achieve outstanding results
* Running weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
* QBCC Supervisor Licence is essential
* Extensive experience in Commercial construction
* Proven background managing sites efficiently taking into account the Health and Safety of the teams
* OH&S detailed understanding, qualifications even better
* Drivers Licence
* Proactive and action-oriented individual who takes responsibility and delivers agreed outcomes
* Trade background essential, preferably in carpentry
* Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to make informed decisions quickly
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Someone who leads by example
* Highly competent in IT and software
