Rangecon is seeking a reliable and experienced Underground Agitator Operator to join our team. This role is essential to our operations, involving the safe transport and handling of concrete and shotcrete in an underground mining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety focus and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Location: Fly in fly out (FIFO) from Perth WA, working on a mine site in WA.
Roster: 2:1 roster.
Compensation: Very attractive per hour flat rate + superannuation, dependent on experience.
Requirements: Must present well and be able to work unsupervised. Flights between Perth and site, accommodation, and meals whilst on site are covered.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate underground agitator trucks to transport concrete and shotcrete safely.
* Load, mix, and deliver materials in underground locations.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
* Follow all site safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.
* Coordinate with site personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Preferred Experience:
* HR driver's license (preferred).
* Previous experience as an agitator operator in underground mining or similar heavy industry.
* Underground mine site experience (preferred).
* IT / Loader experience (preferred).
* Knowledge of underground mining operations and equipment.
Pre-employment Procedures:
* Site inductions
* Medical examination
* Drug and alcohol screening
* National police check
