Our client, a very well known and busy Northern Beaches staple is looking to add to its team of professional chefs and continue to build the culture in the kitchen. The Group/Venue This great locals venue, located on the Northern Beaches, is part of a growing group that is focused on quality food and beverage. The Role Assisting the head chef to ensure that the kitchen and each service run smoothly and each dish is put out in a consistent and quality fashion. You To be successful in your application, you will have: A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef within a busy pub or A la Carte dining atmosphere. Strong abilities in training, mentoring and developing young chefs for Sous position.
