This is an opportunity for an experience Commercial Property Manager with 2+ years experience to work with an established brand, supportive team, and a portfolio of premium clients.About The RoleAs the Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio, building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders, and ensuring the assets perform at their best; both operationally and financially.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage annual budgets, outgoings, and rent reviewsOversee lease administration, arrears management, and renewalsCoordinate repairs, maintenance, and capital works in conjunction with contractors and facilities teamsEnsure compliance with legislative and safety requirementsProvide regular reporting to landlords and build strong client relationshipsCollaborate with leasing and finance teams to drive asset performanceAbout You:2+ years experience in commercial property managementStrong understanding of leases, outgoings, budgets, and tenancy legislationConfident communicator who builds rapport easily with tenants and stakeholdersOrganised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing competing deadlinesReal estate registration or licence (essential)With a strong team culture already in place, our client is seeking someone with a bright and outgoing personality, professional presentation with mature attitude and the ability to demonstrate flexibility within a small, close knit office environment.
