Overview
We're currently hiring a Project Marketing Manager based out of our Hamilton, Brisbane office.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end marketing initiatives for Queensland development communities, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution to elevate Ingenia Lifestyle's market presence.
Lead and implement integrated marketing strategies tailored to local community needs, ensuring alignment with national campaigns and the overarching brand vision.
Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans using data insights from lead quality, sales funnel performance, and market trends to generate qualified traffic and improve conversion outcomes.
Coordinate the production and deployment of marketing assets across digital, print, and event channels, supporting brand awareness, lead nurturing, community engagement, and sales enablement.
Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including budget management, campaign tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency and alignment with business goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development teams, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless campaign execution across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
5+ years in marketing, ideally within property, with a strong grasp of campaign delivery, project launches, and agency collaboration.
Skilled in CRM systems, eDM builders, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Able to interpret customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to shape effective marketing strategies and drive process improvements.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster a positive, high-performing culture aligned with Ingenia's values.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with travel to sites, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
