About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Water Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team in Rockhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering regionally significant infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage project inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
* Ensure quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various sectors.
* Mentor junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.

Requirements
">
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and RPEQ/CPEng registration.
* Interest in succession and long-term growth within a global organisation.
* Ability to work collaboratively at both internal and external levels, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks.
* Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and meeting delivery requirements.
* Possession of a passion for guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers.
