The Role
This entry-level, hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves fixing things and learning on the job. You'll be trained to:
· Perform water filter changes and scheduled maintenance
· Service and repair boiling & chilled water appliances, including Zip and Billi systems
· Carry out basic fault-finding, swap-outs and component replacements
· Use hand tools safely and effectively for day-to-day tasks
· Record job notes, parts used and outcomes in our service system
· Deliver friendly, professional customer service on site
· Follow safe work practices (electrical awareness and PPE)
About You
You don't need formal qualifications—we'll provide full training. You are:
· Interested in fixing things and how equipment works
· Good with hand tools (drivers, pliers, cutters, etc.)
· Electrically aware—comfortable working safely around powered appliances (electrical understanding is a benefit)
· A practical problem-solver with attention to detail
· Reliable, organised and friendly with customers
· Comfortable working on site, sometimes in tight spaces
