With a 25-year history in the state, we provide safe, clean, and reliable power to large mining and industrial customers and have invested significantly in stable, long-term contracts.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations & Maintenance Technician (OMT) to join our team in South Hedland, working on WA's newest power station.
As an OMT, you will have functional interaction and communication with the Plant Manager, Supervisor, and the Regional Control Centre Operators.
The OMTs will focus on the safe and efficient operations and maintenance of TransAlta's assets at South Hedland Power Station.
The position is primarily day shift with occasional night shifts, with an 8/6 FIFO from Perth.
