Job description:

Do you meet these minimum requirements?
* Live in or near
Ballina
including surrounding suburbs
West, East & South Ballina, Coolgardie, Alstonville, Cumbalum, Tintenbar, Lennox Head, Skenners Head & Wardell.
* Hold a current
Australian Drivers' Licence
with your
own car
(sorry, we cannot accept International licences or shared/rental vehicles)
* Have
3+ months
industry experience in a paid
Aged Care
setting
* Available to
work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
(weekend availability is a bonus but not essential)
* Commitment
to our paid
2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training
when you start (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

* Hourly Rate
: $ $34.16 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
* Most importantly:
be a friendly face & brighten someone's day
As a valued team member, you'll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.
Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to both our entry-level and experienced carers.
