The Role
Operating across Insurance, Asset Finance, and Banking sectors, located in Hurstville, NSW, this role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for collecting on credit accounts for our clients.
As a Collections Officer, your primary goal is to help organizations protect their revenue and assist both commercial entities and consumers in debt repayment by engaging with customers and tailoring customer-centric solutions.
We operate on a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Approximate travel times to various locations include:
* Chatswood: 37-59 min
* North Sydney: 32-47 min
* Padstow: 15-30 min
* Engadine: 27-33 min
* Parramatta: 38-1.03 hours
* Sutherland: 21-22 min
* Burwood: 25-36 min
Responsibilities
* Engage with customers professionally and empathetically, providing excellent service while assisting in debt reduction.
* Manage inbound and outbound calls.
* Build trust and relationships with customers.
* Investigate and understand customers' financial situations.
* Negotiate and monitor tailored payment solutions.
* Maintain detailed and accurate interaction records.
* Ensure compliance with relevant frameworks.
