About the role

This critical role will entail providing Human Resources activities across the entire employee life cycle for the Adelaide based Corporate, IT and Operations functions.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting senior managers and stakeholders in shaping organisational change, providing advice on risk, obligations, compensation and benefits
• Providing timely, confidential, and accurate advice and support to managers and employees on HR‐related matters
• Identifying development plans and training programs that enhance the capability of managers and employees to meet business requirements
• Delivery of annual salary review campaigns, performance review processes, and succession planning

About You

While a tertiary qualification in HR is not mandatory, it would be considered highly beneficial.
