You will excel as a therapist by providing a level of service that ensures our guests leave the spa feeling relaxed, refreshed, and renewed, ensuring all treatment rooms are replenished & cleaned after each treatment.Located within the luxurious Darling Hotel, The Darling Spa offers guests the ultimate Spa experience.
Featuring 11 treatment rooms, two exclusive couple's suites, relaxation lounge as well as a steam room jacuzzi.
There is a comprehensive range of face and body treatments available to leave guests feeling relaxed and refreshed head to toe.This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with both our guests and hotel teams.ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of luxurious spa treatments, including massages, facials, and speciality therapies, with exceptional skill and attention to detailMaintain a thorough understanding of spa products, techniques, and industry trends to ensure you provide cutting-edge servicesEngage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectationsUphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa environmentContribute to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the spa, fostering a serene and relaxing experience for all guestsWhat we are looking forDiploma or a nationally recognised qualification in one or more forms of massageQualifications in beauty therapy, highly regardedExperience within a Spa environment, preferably in a 5-star facilityAbility to drive retail sales within the spa operationGood communication skills, with a positive and professional attitudeAbout youAs a seasoned expert in customer service, you understand the essence of delivering world-class service.
