* Assisting customers in achieving their objectives and building life skills
* Supporting customers in finding employment through a personalized process
* Completing activities to enhance capacity for a more fulfilling life
* Attending meaningful social activities
* Empowering individuals to pursue hobbies, micro-enterprises, or training opportunities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A positive attitude and a can-do approach
* An inclusive and person-centered mindset
* Experience with employment support (DES or similar background preferred)
* A concern for safety
* A willingness to learn and travel up to 30 km
