About the Role: We’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team, assisting clients across Melbourne and regional Victoria. If you’re newly qualified and eager to start your career with an NDIS-registered provider, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: Support clients with communication, social interactions, and behaviour Assist in maintaining daily routines, structure, and consistency Respond calmly and effectively to behavioural challenges or sensory needs Communicate with clients, families, and the wider care team Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Disability/Individual Support (or related qualification) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in personal care, manual handling, and hoists First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain) Working with Children Check (Employee) Ability to comply with all NDIS compliance requirements Flexible and adaptable to different client needs and schedules What You’ll Need to Succeed: We’re seeking reliable, compassionate, and values-driven professionals who are committed to providing safe, person-centred support.
