About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener who is reliable, self-motivated and a team player. is looking for a passionate landscape gardener to join our team. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the role, a keen eye for detail and the drive to create amazing results for our loyal clients. The role incorporates all areas of landscape construction and maintenance, requiring competence in the following areas:
* Interpreting landscape garden designs on site, establishing required works and constructions, and working in a team to deliver high quality finished outcomes
* All aspects of retaining wall, path and driveway, irrigation, drainage, deck and pergola construction using various materials
* Preparing sites for the installation of soft scapes such as grass, garden areas and feature tree planting
* Installation of a range of soft scapes (grass, plants, trees etc) with surface finishes such as mulch and weed prevention materials
* Maintenance of existing soft scapes including mowing, pruning, weeding and irrigation
* Using and maintaining specialist tools
* Maintaining a friendly and professional relationship with our clients
* Border and flower bed management including spraying and dusting plants.
* Leaf/rubbish clearing, weeding and fertilising
* Turfing
* Working on landscaping projects
* Hard and soft landscaping
* Fencing, Decking, Paver, Slab laying, Wood working, Understanding of retaining wall structures with Block wall
* Operating a chipper, mower, strimmer, stump grinder, pressure washer, digger, dumper, chainsaw, and other machinery
* Maintaining tools and machinery
* Ensuring that all work is carried out in a safe and conscientious manner.
Qualifications Required:
* Certificate III in Landscape Construction or 3 years' experience as Landscape Gardener.
* Drivers Licence
