The Role:
* Prepare Appraisal/listing kits and marketing collateral
* Prepare and process Contracts and Form 6s
* Liaise with vendors and buyers
* Database entry and management
* Diary management
* Liaising with Solicitors throughout the settlement process
* Social Media Marketing/advertising campaigns
* Organising photography/styling
* Preparing Vendor reports
* General administration and ad-hoc duties
The successful Candidate:
* Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential
* Prior Real Estate experience is a MUST!!
* IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
* High level of communication and attention to detail
* Strong written & verbal communication skills
