About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Agronomist to join our Northern region on a permanent, full-time basis.
Elders Agronomists play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to deliver long-term business growth.
* Provide onsite agronomic and technical support to clients to recommend suitable products and services that enhance their business success
* Achieve allocated financial objectives and collaborate with colleagues to optimize product forecasting and inventory management
* Develop and share technical expertise to upskill branch staff and provide product recommendations
* Foster professional relationships with a targeted group of existing and new clients to drive business growth
* Identify and cultivate new agronomic sales opportunities for prospective and existing clients
* Promote and leverage promotional opportunities, including participating in field days and farmer meetings with demonstrations and trial work
