The Role
In this gig, you'll be at the heart of how we visually communicate both internally and externally, working across a diverse range of projects that span the entire business. From internal company presentations and proposals to customer-facing marketing collateral including whitepapers, one-pagers, technical diagrams, social media content and website materials, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life.
Reporting to the Director of Global Operations, this is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about design and eager to grow their skills in a supportive, innovative environment.
This role is hybrid and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.
What You'll Do
Your day-to-day work will involve collaborating with teams across marketing, sales, bids and technical departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design work that aligns with our brand guidelines.
You'll be creating presentation decks that help our sales team tell compelling stories and produce marketing materials that engage our audience across multiple channels. Your work will include helping craft technical diagrams that make complex security architectures understandable and supporting the production of proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities to potential clients.
You'll develop static and moving image designs for social media that bring our brand personality to life and contribute to whitepapers and thought leadership pieces that position Sekuro as trusted experts in the cybersecurity field.

About You
You'll need to be a wiz in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Adobe Express and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint. A portfolio showcasing your design work across different formats and mediums is essential. We also use Canva and Lucid Charts.
Beyond technical skills, your attitude and approach will be just as important. You'll need to be someone who thrives on variety and can juggle multiple projects whilst working with diverse internal stakeholders across technical, sales and marketing teams.
You'll have a genuine passion for taking dense technical documentation and transforming it into visually engaging content that actually makes sense.
The ability to make complex cybersecurity concepts look not just understandable, but genuinely awesome, is what we're looking for.
You'll be the person who brings creativity and visual flair to a traditionally technical industry, helping us stand out in the cybersecurity space through exceptional design.
Strong written and verbal communication skills will help you understand project briefs and present your work effectively.
A willingness to learn about the cybersecurity space and a can-do attitude when faced with unfamiliar technical content will set you up for success.
