Full Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced Articulated Dump Truck Operators to join our client's team for civil construction and mining projects. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating articulated dump trucks to transport materials across site, ensuring smooth and safe operations to support the completion of earthworks, site preparation, and other project activities.
Responsibilities
* Safely operate 40T articulated dump trucks to transport materials, such as dirt, rock, and gravel across the site
* Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment in compliance with all safety protocols and site guidelines
* Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on the dump truck to ensure it's in optimal working condition
* Work closely with other site personnel to ensure the timely delivery of materials to designated areas
* Report any issues or malfunctions with the truck or equipment to the site supervisor
* Maintain a high standard of housekeeping on‐site and within the equipment
* Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
To be considered, you will ideally have:
* Articulated Dump Truck Ticket (essential)
* Proven experience operating Articulated Dump Trucks on civil or mining sites
* Construction White Card
* Current Driver's License
* Full Australian working rights
* RTIO / BHP induction (preferred, but not essential)
* Current (issued within the last 6 months) or able to obtain a cleared National Police Clearance
* Ability to pass all pre‐employment medical requirements, including drug and alcohol screening
* Strong commitment to safety and compliance with site protocols
* Minimum of 2 contactable referees relevant to your experience
