to support their warehouse and inventory operations during the AM shift.
Role Overview
As an
SAP Administrator
, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing warehouse operations through SAP and WMS platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring inventory data accuracy, supporting system transactions, and enabling smooth logistics operations. If you're detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a background in inventory management, this could be your ideal opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage SAP and WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and warehouse processes
Monitor inbound and outbound inventory movements
Maintain accurate data entries for shipments, receipts, and adjustments in SAP
Generate inventory reports and assist in basic data analysis for process improvement
Troubleshoot system errors and collaborate with IT and warehouse teams to resolve issues
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to inventory and system updates
Support cycle counts and inventory audits
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience with
SAP
in a warehouse or distribution environment
Working knowledge of
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Background in
inventory management
or logistics support
Comfortable with data entry, report generation, and basic data analysis (Excel proficiency preferred)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently during early morning operations
Reliable and punctual, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-volume distribution centers
Knowledge of SAP modules related to inventory, logistics, or warehouse functions
Previous use of handheld RF scanners and/or automation tools
Familiarity with inventory KPIs and performance metrics
