About the Role
As the sole Occupational Therapist, you'll take ownership of planning, delivering, and evaluating Occupational Therapy services for a diverse caseload of aged care clients and NDIS participants across the Illawarra and Southern Highlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver comprehensive in-home OT assessments and home safety evaluations
* Recommend and coordinate appropriate equipment and environmental modifications
* Provide and deliver manual handling training for staff
* Implement and support customer-specific manual handling strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a positive service experience
About You
* 2-5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist
* Experience in aged care and/or NDIS
* Self-directed, motivated, and open to ongoing professional development
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while being supported by a friendly team
