At The Thrive Spot, we're a fun, passionate, and neuroaffirming paediatric clinic based in Dapto. We're on the lookout for full-time or part-time Speech Pathologists to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Whether you're an early career therapist or bring a few years' experience—if you love helping children thrive, we'd love to hear from you

Your Role:


You'll work with neurodivergent children and young people aged 0–18, across a mix of clinic, home, school, and community settings. You'll be part of a collaborative team including other speech pathologists and other allied health professionals, working closely with families to build function, confidence, and joy.


What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor or Masters in Speech Pathology
* Current SPA registration
* WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Driver's license + car for community visits
* A passion for paediatrics and family-centred care
* A desire to work as part of a fun, flexible, and passionate team
