Product Line Manager Role
Oversee sales and inventory of products including ag chem, fertiliser, and other agricultural merchandise.
Collaborate with store management, agronomists, and sales teams, providing support such as stock takes, retail operations improvements, on-farm meetings, technical information, and mentoring to enhance performance.
Contribute to market strategies, manage the profit and loss, negotiate with suppliers, develop pricing models, oversee stock levels, and implement marketing initiatives to maintain competitiveness.

To succeed, you should have a strong technical background with experience in a similar role, along with:
* Experience in product pricing, margin management, and achieving sales targets through effective category development.
* Ability to network and identify opportunities for business growth.
* Strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with SAP ERP and strong MS Excel skills for reporting.
* Current Driver's Licence (Essential).
* Forklift and heavy rigid licence (Desirable).
