About Our Client

Job Description
o Collecting and reviewing information related to third-party damages.
o Generating and issuing invoices for damages.
o Handling phone and email enquiries.
o Contacting external parties (e.g., insurance companies, police, courts) and internal stakeholders.
o Collaborating with internal teams to recover financial losses.
o Coordinating recovery activities and liaising with legal counsel as needed.
o Preparing reports and correspondence related to civil recovery and prosecutions.
The Successful Applicant
o A solid understanding of claims processes and recovery procedures is essential.
o Comfortable handling customer interactions over the phone, including receiving inbound calls and addressing sometimes sensitive or upsetting issues.
o Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong proficiency in SAP.
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Experience in process mapping.
o Strong communication abilities.
o Solid financial understanding.
o Proven knowledge of recovery processes.
o Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
