We live and breathe sneakers and streetwear—and we’re passionate about creating an inclusive and high-performing workplace We're looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our Corporate Head Office in Brisbane, providing end-to-end HR support to our Hong Kong team. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle including HR operations, employee relations and HR initiatives, ensuring effective HR processes and compliance. In addition, the HR Business Partner will support the APAC HR team providing guidance and HR business partnership to our leaders and team. The Role You’ll play a key role in supporting our APAC HR strategy and building strong partnerships with leaders and teams across the region. Specifically, you will: Key point of contact for employees based in Hong Kong, addressing HR and payroll-related queries. Manage the HR inbox and all enquiries in line with our processes. Manage our internal HR systems (PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors etc.) and ensure that all transactions are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Provide input into and oversee the execution of all cyclical and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities within functional areas. Partner with Store and Corporate stakeholders, offering expert advice and tailored client solutions, driving the implementation of people strategies and initiatives, and championing Foot Locker’s goals and values. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key local and global stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with our Centres of Excellence to develop HR programs tailored to business needs. Manage Employee Relations matters (investigations, inquiries, or disputes) and develop/oversee compliance programs. Ensure compliance with and resolve issues related to HR and WHS regulations, legislation and company policy. Provide general HR administrative support. Continually identify opportunities for HR process improvement initiatives. Assist the HR team in administering and executing other HR initiatives and projects. Requirements 4 to 7 years of experience as a HR generalist Proficiency in both Cantonese and English (mandatory) Knowledge of Hong Kong and Australian employment law, including industry standards and HR best practices Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or related qualification (desirable). Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Confident self-starter with a proactive attitude, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all matters Strong organizational and attention to detail skills Benefits A flexible hybrid working environment - work from home 2 days per week!
