Recruitment is seeking to establish a pool of Candidate Management Administrators for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during 2026 and up to the end of March 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
The Staffing Services Directorate provides a human resource consultancy service to principals, line managers and staff in schools, central and regional offices.
Our team offer support with:
* The attraction, recruitment, selection and appointment of quality staff
* Position and salaries budget management
* Case management of employees requiring placement in the housing transport of rural and remote staff.
The Recruitment Systems team specifically supports the administration, maintenance and enhancement of the Departments online recruitment and candidate management system
The Role
We are seeking motivated individuals, to join our team of Candidate Management Administrators. To be successful in this role, your experience in administering and maintaining a candidate management system will be highly regarded. You will be the point of contact to support users engaged in recruitment and selection, therefore your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills will also be valued.
As a Candidate Management Administrator, you will also appreciate that the system will rely on good data management, so a keen eye for detail (and accuracy) will be important. Expanding on data management, in this role you will also need to support the regular reporting requirements, so well developed conceptual and analytical skills will be required.
