About the Opportunity
Join the Acquisition Integration Team that sits within RACV's CFO Division-a team driving both the successful integrations of M&A transactions and the next wave of sustainability reporting.
As our Reporting & Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of interpreting current and emerging sustainability related legislation, designing smarter business solutions, and ensuring RACV leads the way in sustainability disclosures and compliance.
You'll help shape processes that matter, influence outcomes across the business, and build capabilities that set RACV up for long-term success.
What Makes This Role Exciting?
Be part of the team that are the go-to expert for environment and sustainability reporting, including climate-related financial disclosures (AASB S1and S2) and national emissions schemes (NGER).
Own the challenge of transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
Drive innovation in data collection, analysis, and reporting-making a real difference to RACV's sustainability journey.
Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across the business, influencing strategy and outcomes.
Contribute to interesting and diverse projects, managing timelines, and deliver high-impact reports that shape RACV's future.
Support external audits and ensure RACV's disclosures are best-in-class.
Create compelling presentations and reports that inform and inspire.

Who We're Looking For And What You'll Bring
You're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
You bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification.
A passion for sustainability and a drive to make a difference.
At least 2 years' experience in a sustainability related field, either as a Business Analyst or Consultant, or Reporting Advisor
Experience with all major sustainability related frameworks (e.g. TFND, GHG Protocol) and current and upcoming legislative schemes (e.g. AASB S2 and NGERS)
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, and confidence working with large data sets.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
A proactive, hands-on attitude-ready to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
Innovative thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
