**Coolmore Australia - Yard Hand/Feed Shed Co-ordinator**
**The Property & Employer**:
**Coolmore Australia is a world class thoroughbred breeding operation situated in the Hunter Valley with the property covering 10,000 acres. Its scale and quality are rarely beaten in this region. We are located just over one hour to Newcastle City Centre and the beach, and as well as the major towns of Singleton and Muswellbrook under 30 minutes' drive for all necessities.
We are looking for a Permanent Full-time Yard Hand/Feed Shed Co-ordinator to join our team. With a remuneration package to be negotiated based on experience. Permanent part-time work is also an option with a minimum of 30 hours per week required.
**Daily Tasks**:
- Mixing feed and ensure adequate levels maintained across the farm, and ensure stock is kept at an optimum level.
- Managing hay sheds to allow horse staff to always have safe access to hay.
- Unloading deliveries to the farm and work with the store person to direct to the right area.
- Assist with the farm team when available, including tradespersons, farmers and gardeners.
- Keep areas tidy and provide a presentable workplace environment.
To be successful in this role you will need to have or be willing to obtain a forklift licence as well as a class C Drivers Licence. An MR licence or above will be looked upon favourably.
