Our client - a leading Plumbing organisation based in Arundel is seeking a driven Estimator to quote and manage projects across the South East Queensland region. This role involves closely evaluating requirements during the tendering and estimation processes whilst maintaining strong networks with suppliers and collaborating with the construction team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director and will be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables align with company standards.

Duties:
* Manage quote and estimating processes.
* Handle invoicing and claims efficiently.
* Support the construction manager in project delivery.
* Oversee supplier management and relationships.
* Price and document project variations.
* Work as part of the commercial team
* Facilitate and manage tender processes
Skills and Experience:
* Commercial accumen, and the confidence to close deals
* Good knowledge of plumbing and costings, or the desire and ability to learn
* Organized and self-disciplined work approach.
* Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work to deadlines under pressure.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
