Regional Distribution Manager

A leading Australian Fund Manager is seeking a Regional Distribution Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships across the NSW market. This role will focus on both new business development and strategic account management, representing a suite of listed and unlisted investment strategies to private wealth firms, family offices and asset consultants.
Working closely with internal stakeholders across investments, product, marketing and client service, you’ll play a key role in building the firm’s profile, strengthening partner engagement and delivering sustainable net inflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute the NSW distribution strategy aligned to national growth objectives
* Build and maintain relationships with private wealth advisers, platforms, family offices and asset consultants
* Identify and convert new opportunities through proactive prospecting and pipeline management
* Manage key accounts, ensuring strong coverage, engagement and partner outcomes
* Support asset consultant reviews, due diligence requests and research house engagement
* Deliver client presentations, investment updates, events and roadshows
* Maintain CRM reporting, activity tracking and sales performance insights
About You
* Degree in Business, Commerce or Finance (or equivalent)
* 7–10+ years’ experience in funds management distribution, sales or relationship management
* Strong understanding of investment markets across listed and unlisted asset classes
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence key decision makers
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Commercial mindset, high accountability, and able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
