Reporting to the Marketing Manager - Motorcycle & Power Products, the Social Media & Content coordinator plays a key role in shaping Honda's brand presence across Motorcycles, Marine, and Power Equipment. You'll lead the creation and management of engaging, purpose-driven content that connects with our audiences and supports business goals.

In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with internal teams, agencies, ambassadors, and global partners to deliver high-impact content across social and digital platforms. If you're a strategic thinker with a creative spark and a passion for digital engagement — we want to hear from you!

How you'll make an impact

- Develop and execute content and social media strategies that create and engage current and new Honda motorcycle, marine and power equipment fans.
- Support and extend product launches, sales, and brand campaigns to increase fan and brand engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners to drive authentic engagement.
- Using data and customer voice, monitor and report to peers and senior stakeholders on campaign and social performance, identifying insights and recommending optimisations for future activity.
- Create clear, effective campaign briefs and manage timelines with internal and external teams.
- Partner with our in-house and social agencies to deliver high-quality content and campaigns.
- Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Work closely with digital and website teams to enhance user journeys and content performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and franchise partners.
- Develop, implement and maintain processes for social community management and escalation.

What you'll bring to Honda

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 3+ years' experience in social media and content management.
- Proven expertise across key platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit.
- Strong understanding of community management and customer engagement tools and best practice.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in planning tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, video workflows, and digital asset systems.
- Experience in motorcycle riding and valid Motorcycle riding licence and/or boating is desirable.
