We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer to our Recruitment and Attraction Team.

Key Responsibilities include:
Support the management of the selection process including providing advice on advertising options, processing requests and advertisements in accordance with Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service procedures and guidelines.
Manage the finalisation of the appointment process including validation of pre-employment checks, creation of the letter of appointment, issuing of relevant communication and initiating new employees' Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service on boarding process.
Provide high quality support, procedural advice and assistance to all client groups relating to all aspects of vacancy processing and recruitment services.
Support the delivery of recruitment related strategies, initiatives, and projects to improve and evolve the recruitment service delivery to clients of the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
Remuneration value up to $100 858 p.a., comprising salary between $79 272 - $88 158 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
