Apar Enterprises Pty Ltd Full-Time Retail Manager Required Apar Enterprises Pty Ltd T/A IGA Local Grocer Little Mountain is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join their dynamic team at Cnr Village Way & Parklands Boulevarde Little Mountain, 4551, QLD IGA Local Grocer Little Mountain is an independently operated supermarket offering a wide range of fresh produce, ready meals, baked goods, dairy items, and everyday essentials. With a focus on convenience, quality products, and friendly customer service, it provides a reliable, community-focused shopping experience for local residents.
Benefits Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Manage inventory, stock levels, and product availability. Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
Implement sales and promotional strategies to drive revenue. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and store targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store policies.
Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and pricing standards. Address customer feedback and resolve issues effectively. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
Analyse sales and customer trends to make informed business decisions. Qualification & experience Skills Required: Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role. Strong customer service and communication skills in retail.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising and motivating teams. Competent in developing and executing sales and marketing plans. Proficiency in budgeting and financial record-keeping.
Knowledge of operations and inventory systems. Experience Required: Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Retail Manager. Good Salary Package: $80,000 plus Superannuation
