Job Overview
The Quality Assurance Advisor plays a key role in maintaining and improving quality systems across OOHC and NDIS services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct internal audits of OOHC and NDIS services, with a focus on service quality, care documentation, and risk assessment.
* Review policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance and practical application, identifying areas for improvement.
* Assess non-compliance, support teams to implement corrective actions, and provide clear audit reports.
* Deliver staff coaching and guidance on quality systems, standards, and service expectations, ensuring seamless delivery.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in regulation and policy across child safety and NDIS sectors, advising the team accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:
