Join Our Team as a Chef Manager
Are you passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences? We're seeking a full-time, dedicated, and highly experienced Chef Manager to take charge of the entire food service operation and lead a talented kitchen team at our client's rehabilitation centre in Morisset, NSW. This is your chance to showcase your culinary expertise, inspire a team, and make a real difference in people's lives.
* Roster:Monday to Saturday from 10.00am till 15.00pm
* 40 hours per week including weekday and weekend shifts.
* Weekend and Public Holiday Loadings apply.
Key Attributes
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery as a minimum.
* Demonstrated and proven budget and cost management experience
* High level of QA, WH&S, HACCP, and Food Safety knowledge
* Previous experience in designing and implementing nutritionally adequate and appropriate menus
* Ability to lead a busy kitchen in a medium to large-sized facility
* Computer literacy and menu design skills
* Excellent client liaison skills: proficient English is essential.

* Prepare lunch and dinner for guests
* Produce high-quality, nutritious, and well-presented meals in line with food service guidelines
* Be responsible for rostering and day-to-day supervision/management of team members
* Design and implement menus
* Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
