Your new role
The Workshop Technician role is a hands-on position that supports the delivery of high-quality seat repairs, refurbishments, and servicing across transport, mining, agriculture, defence, and construction sectors. Working within a supportive workshop team, the technician will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and upholstery repairs, diagnosing faults, and ensuring refurbished seats meet durability, safety, and comfort standards. This role plays a critical part in minimising client downtime by contributing to services such as the reconditioned seat exchange and hire-seat programmes, as well as preparing replacement parts and fitting seat covers. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for mechanically minded individuals eager to develop practical trade skills while contributing to the company's reputation for reliability and innovation. By maintaining attention to detail and a strong focus on client outcomes, the Workshop Technician directly supports the organisation's mission of keeping machinery and vehicles operating at peak performance.
