We're partnering with a Melbourne-based organisation embarking on a greenfield data warehouse build as part of a broader technology uplift through to 2030.
We're looking for a Business Analyst who has experience overseeing data and reporting transformation initiatives and is comfortable operating between technical teams and senior stakeholders.
This is not a hands-on engineering role, but strong data literacy and experience supporting warehouse/reporting projects is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead BA activities across a new data warehouse implementation
* Work closely with data engineers and architects
* Shape reporting frameworks and KPI structures
* Support performance reporting and broader strategic initiatives
* Influence technology direction (Azure Data Lake / Fabric likely)
About You:
* Experience delivering or overseeing data warehouse or reporting transformation projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills
* Exposure to cloud data environments (Azure preferred, not essential)
* Comfortable balancing project work and BAU reporting

Around $115k + Super (flexible for the right person)
12-month FTC – likely to convert to permanent
