Duties include:
* Be an integral part of a dedicated team who strives to achieve.
* Work closely with the Vehicle Sales Staff and the Service department.
* Identify vehicle makes, models and variations to determine the right parts through our computer database and inventory system.
* Process all orders, invoices and payments efficiently and accurately.
* Ensure timely supply of parts through the receivable and dispatch process.
* Provide excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Consistently maintain store cleanliness and a safe working environment.
About you:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in a Parts Interpreter role in the automotive industry.
* Prior experience providing advice regarding parts specifications to customers.
* Exceptional computer and literacy skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
* Highly motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude.
* Experience with Pentana ERA is an advantage as this role involves negotiating predominately by phone using this computer-based inventory system.
* A strong awareness and commitment to health & safety.
