We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will involve delivering high-quality customer service to all stakeholders, responding to enquiries efficiently and managing client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality customer service to all stakeholders with a focus on professionalism, respect, and empathy.
\
2. Respond to enquiries efficiently and manage client expectations.
\
3. Cultivate positive working relationships with clients, tenants, and internal and external stakeholders.
\
4. Maintain client records accurately within CRM systems, Asset Management Systems, and Data Management Systems.
\
5. Perform all central administrative tasks thoroughly, accurately, and efficiently.
\
6. Deliver high-quality experiences for callers using trauma-informed language and techniques to defuse highlighted callers.
\
7. Participate in discussions to develop responses to tenant feedback and actively engage tenants in Mission Australia Housing and Community Programs.
\
8. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication and problem-solving skills.
\
9. Meet all requirements outlined below.
\
10. Undertake national police history checks, qualifications, and referee checks and obtain clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
