Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to understand evolving customer needs and challenges.
Your primary responsibility will be to support our branch by being the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a seamless, consistent, and tailored experience every step of the way.
* You'll assist our customers in identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions.
* Demonstrate our digital banking options to customers, making their banking simple, easy, and secure.

Working Hours
This part-time role involves working 5 days a week, Monday to Thursday from 9:00am – 4:30pm, and Friday from 9:00am – 5:30pm.
