We are seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team.

About the Role
* Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
* Manage client relationships, including producing welcome emails for new clients.
* Assist with client inquiries aligned with our service offerings and liaise with key relationships.
* Draft and produce client communications as required by advisors and managers.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and be able to engage multiple stakeholders. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in the contact centre.
2. Manage chat and email inquiries from advisers and clients.
3. Service adviser needs, including dealer group administration.
A passion for customer support and resolving questions via phone is essential for this role.
Requirements
* Experience with superannuation or managed funds, and knowledge of insurance or banking products (desirable).
* Proven client service experience in a call centre environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
