We are seeking a Project Lead to manage major vessel projects from conception through to completion. This role will see you oversee resources, schedules, and quality outcomes while working closely with our Production Team and clients.
As a Project Manager at Thornton Engineering you will :
Supervise vessel production to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
Monitor project progress against time and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and support to teams.
Lead by example mentoring trade staff and developing the next generation of industry leaders.
Ensure OHS and QA systems are upheld at all times.

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Engineering (or equivalent).
* Demonstrated leadership and resource management experience.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and contracts.
* Excellent problem-solving communication and relationship-building skills.
* Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word Outlook Excel Project).
* First Aid Level 2 (desirable).
* Strumis MRP (highly desirable).
