Senior Sales Leader - Emerging, Alternate and E-commerce Channels
Drive business growth by leading sales efforts across key national accounts, focusing on emerging, alternate, and e-commerce channels.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and increase revenue.
* Lead a high-performing sales team, mentoring and motivating them to achieve targets, while managing category review processes for all categories with key customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts, driving business expansion through effective negotiation and closure of profitable agreements.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, informing business decisions and resource allocation.
* Cultivate market opportunities, identifying new customers and partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure brand consistency and successful product launches.
Requirements
* 5-7 years of national account management experience in the grocery industry, with existing relationships with Aldi and knowledge of alternative channels.
* Tertiary qualification in business or a related field.
* Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
* Business acumen with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.
* Ability to handle complexity, detail, and deadlines, with a customer-centric approach.
