Senior P&C Advisor - Employee Relations and Advisory Services
This senior role within the People and Capability Advisory team provides expert HR advice and support across Kmart and Target stores, offices, and distribution centres.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR guidance in supporting people leaders on conduct, performance, and complex case matters.
* Manage Fair Work Australia applications, including advocacy services.
* Navigate through various HR industrial tools to make informed decisions and provide case resolutions for stakeholders.
* Mentor and develop People & Capability Advisors in the team.
* Participate in team projects and leverage knowledge to assist with further learnings.
Requirements:
* A proven track record of managing complex HR-related matters from beginning to resolution stage.
* Extensive experience working in a generalist HR role with strong ER/IR exposure, particularly in relation to conduct, performance, and non-work-related injuries.
* Experience coaching people managers and team members to enhance their ability to interpret HR industrial tools, policies, and processes.
* Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, influencing, coaching, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are essential.
* The ability to adapt and prioritise workload is crucial.
* A pragmatic approach with the ability to problem-solve, navigate through grey areas, and achieve solutions and outcomes is vital.
