Position Details
Part‐time role (4 days per week, 0.8 FTE). Total remuneration package valued at up to $156,253.00. Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.
Qualifications
* Approval to teach English as an Additional Language or Dialect (EALD), or currently undertaking or enrolment in EALD qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education.
* Proven ability to use the NSW EALD Learning Progressions to support student learning and build teacher capacity.
* Demonstrate understanding of the demands of working with diverse cultural backgrounds and the unique challenges faced by EALD learners.
* Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate with students, staff, and the wider community.
