We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Bendigo. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our commercial property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain the commercial property portfolio
* Administer leases, including renewals, expiries and rent reviews
* Conduct regular inspections of the properties
* Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
* Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed
* Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong time management and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and IT proficiency. A Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate is required. Experience in commercial or B2B sales would be advantageous.
