We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Quality Improvement Coordinator.
* This position involves leading the development, integration, and evaluation of quality improvement systems across clinical and organisational programs.
The successful candidate will have a Graduate Diploma in a clinical or relevant field, current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) or be eligible to register, and an unrestricted manual driver's licence .
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and conducting clinical and organisational audits
* Supporting accreditation processes
* Developing audit schedules, reports, and quality dashboards
* Embedding quality improvement into strategic and operational planning
* Educating and training staff on quality standards and processes
* Facilitating the use of data to drive improvements
* Ensuring compliance and safety standards are met
