About the Role
The role is a casual Coating Inspection & QA/QC Site Auditor located in the Mackay region. The inspector will be responsible for conducting QA inspection & testing, assessing project quality and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications. The role may also include on-site inspection around Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, SEQ and remote work. Specific training in concrete surface protection, condition assessments and advanced UAV operation will be provided for successful candidates.
Applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of coating inspection experience.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
We are considering applicants with the following qualifications, skills & experience:
* Coatings and QA Inspection Certification NACE (AMPP) CIP 2 or 3
* Minimum CIP 2 certification level is required for this role
* Quality Auditing, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance skills
* Analytical, Investigative & Problem Solving Skills with keen attention to detail
* Experience with Quality Documentation & Systems such as; ITP's, QA Records and Reporting
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Word Processing and Computing skills
Desirable qualifications, skills & experience include:
* Concrete Coatings Inspection Certification SSPC CCI 2 or 3
* Current Construction White Card, Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry
* Photo / Video Capture and Processing skills
